This notice is prepared by YachtTourism as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

No personal data is collected or stored on our servers through this website. The site has no accounts, no forms and no cookie-based tracking.

Booking requests are sent via WhatsApp; the name, phone number and request details you share there are processed solely to manage your reservation and communicate with you. This communication runs on the WhatsApp/Meta platform infrastructure.

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK (access, correction, deletion, etc.), you can reach us via our WhatsApp line.
